Refractive index = sine of angle of incidence /sine of angle of refraction
So. Refractive index = sin 60°/sin 45°
=√3/2*√2
As sin 60°=√3/2 and sin 45°=1/√2
The answer is=√6/2
Hope it helps

Here,
i= 60 & r= 45
So., we know
Refractive Index = sini/sinr
= sin60/sin45
= √3/2 / 1/√2
= √6/2
i= 60 & r= 45
So., we know
Refractive Index = sini/sinr
= sin60/sin45
= √3/2 / 1/√2
= √6/2
