When we say that there is no deviation, we only mean that the incident ray and the emergent ray are parallel to each other. For thin lenses, the refraction inside the lens is negligible and therefore we represent the ray passing through the optic centre as a straight line.

Answer:

Through the optic centre

Explanation:

when we say light ray didn't refracted or deviated the only point where it can be done is none other than the middle point i.e. optic centre . No matter from where the light ray might come if it passes through optic centre it will never deviate
