The reactance offered by a capacitor to
alternating current of frequency 50 Hz
is 20 ohm. If frequency is increased to 100
Hz, reactance becomes ...... ohms.​

Reactance of a capacitor and frequency applied to it are inversely related.

So if the frequency is doubled to 100Hz from 50Hz, the capacitive reactance would become half. The new reactance at 100Hz would therefore be 10 Ohms.
