The methyl group of the Grignard reagent , being negatively polarised will be attracted to the positively polarised Carbony Carbon of the acetone.          Hence there will be three methyl groups seen attached. hence the carbon is tertiary. On hydrolysis , the OH group adds on to this tertiary carbon atom , giving the tertiary alcohol. Hence 2-methylpropan-2-ol.
