The recipe for one of my favourite cheese cakes requires ingredients in the following amounts: 32 ounces of cream cheese 5 eggs 2 cups of sour cream 8 tablespoons of butter 1.5 cups of sugar8 tablespoons of butter 1.5 cups of sugar 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of lemon juice The problem is that the recipe uses a 10-inch circular pan, but I only have a 9-inch circular pan. To compensate, I use all the ingredients in the ratios given above BUT I modify my amounts based on the ratio of the area of my 9-inch circular pan to the 10-inch circular pan from the recipe. Calculate the amount of each ingredient I use in my 9-inch pan.
