HCF = 12
reciprocal of the LCM = 1/312
LCM = 312
Let the other number be x
Product of first number × second number = HCF × LCM
24 × x =12 × 312
x = (12 × 312)/24
x = 312/2
x = 156
Other number = 156
Hence, the other number = 156
