Given that , the rectangular compound wall of a house measure 20 m long , 15 m broad , 5 m height, and 12 cm = 0.12 m thick

The volume of the wall is =2(length × height+ broad×height ) ×thickness

= 2(20×5+15×5)× 0.12 m³

= 42 m³

 = 42 \times  {10}^{6}  {cm}^{3}

The dimension of a brick is 15 cm×10 cm× 5 cm

Therefore the volume of a brick is =(15×10×5) cm³

=750 cm³

Therefore the number of brick required to make the wall is =

 \frac{42 \times 10 {}^{6} }{720}

≈58,334

The cost of 58,334 bricks is

 \frac{58334 \times 20000}{1000}

= Rs. 1166680

Total labour charges is = Rs(5×4×950)

= Rs.19000

The total cost to build the wall = Rs.(1166680+19000) =Rs. 1185680
