This poem ' cry of children' raises the issue of child labour in hazardous workplaces like factories, hotels, coal mines etc.  The reddest flower refers to the eyes of these little children. Their eyes are full of young blood which looks like red coloured flowers.  After working in these dangerous places, the eyes of these children become pale because they are tired of work.
