reflection of origin through y = 3
See attachment ,
reflection of origin with respect to y = 3 is ( 0, 6)
because , distance of origin from y = 3 is unit ,also distance of (0,6) from y = 3 is 3 unit and both origin and (0,6) lies on parallel line { y - axis }

now, reflection of (0,6) with respect to x - axis { because question said in last , reflection in origin , it must be question want last reflection with respect to x -axis }
and refection of (0,6) with respect to x - axis is (0, -6)

in simple ways ,
first find reflection of origin with respect to y = 3. e.g., (0,6)
now, find reflection of (0,6) with respect to x -axis .e.g., (0,-6)
hence, answer is (0,-6)
