Answer:

R.I.=speed of light in air/speed of light in medium

so,1.5=3.0*10^8/speed of light in glass

so, speed of light in glass=0.2*10^9m /s

Explanation:

0.2×10^9m/s

Hope it will help you Mark it brainlist. ...

we know that refractive index n =

 \red{ \mathtt{ \frac{speed  \: \: of \:  \: light  \:  \:  in  \:  \: vaccum}{speed \:  \: of \:  \: light \:  \: in \:  \: medium}}}

where c = 3 × 10^8 m/s

1.5 = c/v

 \mathtt{v =  \frac{3 \times  {10}^{8} }{1.5}} \\  \\  \mathtt{v = 2 \times  {10}^{8}}

For critical angle we will use snell's law

C is critical angle

  \mathtt{n_{glass} \sin(c)  = n_{air} \sin(90)}  \\  \\ \mathtt{n _{air} = 1} \\  \\  \\  \\  \mathtt{sin(c)   = \frac{1}{n_{glass}}  =  \frac{1}{1.5}}  \\  \\  \red{\mathtt{ c = 41.8°}}

I hope it helps

lovely645: ye answer galat hai
RudranshuMishra7: sahi to hai. c = 41.8°
RudranshuMishra7: agar galata lagta hai to BRAINLIEST dusre answer ko de do.
lovely645: nhi sahi hai
