Speed of light in air , c = 3 x 10 ^ 8 m / s

Refractive index of glass , ng = 1 . 54

Solution :

Speed of light in the glass ,

v =  \frac{c}{n}  =  \frac{3 \times  {10}^{8} }{1.54}   \\  \\  \:  \:  \:  =  \: 194</em><em>,</em><em>805</em><em>,</em><em>195 \\  \\  \:  \:  \:  =  \: 195 \times  {10}^{6}
