a) Mean value = sum of all the observations / total number of observations
Here mean value = Sum / 8 = 10.62/8= 1.32
b) Absolute for each observation is as follows
0.03, 0.01, 0.02, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0
c) Relative error = sum of absolute errors / number of observations
Here Relative error = 0.16 / 8 = 0.02
d) Percentage error
= (Relative error × 100) / mean
=(0.02×100) / 1.32 = 2/1.32 = 1.5%
