Speed in air/ speed in glass = 3/2

So speed in air/ 2 X10^8 = 3/2

Speed in air = 3 X 10^8 m/s

Speed of water with respect to air = 4/3

3X 10^8/speed in water = 4/3

Speed in water = 9 X10^8/4

Speed in water = 2.25 X 10^8 m/s
