Ethylene glycol and water(1:3(v:v))
here Ethylene glycol acts as anti-freezer of water
this is azeotropic mixture where melting point of water is much lower than normal water, so, in refrigerator mixture is not solidified.
But all the refrigerator is not azeotropic mixture, there are some near azeotropic and somr non-azeotropic(zeotropic) are there. Azeotropic mixture melts less than melting point temperature and boils more than boiling point temperature. So, at lower temperature, it is not solidified and evaporation rate also decreases. Specific heat of water is high so, temperature change after cooling is less.

hey dear

the refrigerators which are azeotropic mixtures.

hope helps you

Atish59: No, all the refrigerator are not azeotropic mixture. But we use azeotropic mixture because cost of refrigerator are becoming lower and boiling point of mixture are high so, evaporation of azeotrope very less.
