A common feature is that these goals are similar in structure and they can only be reached by acquiring resources from the same buyer. In other words the competition relationship is a zero-sum game. A supplier can i.e. supply products to a buyer and at the same time compete with the buyer against the end customer.

1.Both are related as both are done in the presence of two or more persons.

2. Competition means that only one person can win without the help of any other person and cooperation means helping other persons to win.
