mass of solute = (mass %/100) mass of solution

                          = 96 %/100 % × 100

                          = 96 g of H₂SO₄

Number of moles = 96/98 = 0.97 moles

L of solution = 100/1.84 × 10⁻³

                     = 0.054 L

Molarity = number of moles/Volume in L

               = 0.97/0.054

               = 17.96 M
