Relative density = Density of substance / Density of water
Density of substance = Relative Density × Density of water

In CGS units
Density of lead = 11.3 × 1 g/cm^3 = 11.3 g/cm^3
[∵ Density of water = 1 g/cm^3]

In SI units
Density of lead = 11.3 × 1000 kg/m^3 = 11300 kg/m^3
[∵ Density of water = 1000 kg/m^3]

\large\red{ANSWER} \\

relative \: density =  \frac{density \: of \: substance}{density \: of \: water}  \\

density \: of \: water = 1g \:  {cm}^{ - 3} or1000kg {m }^{ - 3}

11.3 =  \frac{density \:  \: of \: \: lead}{1}  \\ =  >  density \: of \: lead = 11.3g {cm}^{ - 3}

and

11.3 =  \frac{density \: of \: lead}{1000}  \\  =  > density \: of \: lead = 11300kg {m}^{ - 3}
