: volume of water = 10v

Density of mercury=13.6g/cm3

Mass of mercury m1 =(13.6)Vg

Density of water=1g/cm3

Mass of water,me=(10V) (1)g =10Vg

Required ratios is m1,me=13.6V

10V=34:25 or 1.36:1
