relative density = density of substance /desnsity of water

given

10.8 = density of silver / 1000

density of silver =10.8*1000

density of silver =10800 kg / m cube

hope it helps you!

Answer:

Density of silver = 10.8 * 10³ kg/m³

Explanation:

Given,

Relative density of silver is 10.8

The density of water is 10³ kg /m³.

To find: density of silver in Si unit?

Solution:

Relative density is defined as the ratio of density of a substance to the density of water.

i.e Relative density = density of silver / density of water

or, density of silver = Relative density of silver * density of water

or, Density of silver = 10.8 * 10³ kg / m³
