kx²-3x+6 = {kx-3+2k}{x-2} + {4k}

∴REMAINDER OF 1st one = 4k

3x²+5x-k = {3x-4}{x-3} + {12-k}

∴REMAINDER OF 2nd one =12-k

but given REMAINDER OF 1st one=REMAINDER OF 2nd one

∴→4k=12-k

 →k=12/5
