It should be practiced as most of our minorities caste and tribes are away from the benefits offered by the government. You can see the children of street cleaner, low wagers, etc. They cannot grow and study like the children of an engineer, scientist, doctor or an government employees. These children need reservation so that they could get benefit and stand together with the common people. lets take an example, 2 children are said to touch the roof of an house. One of the child is too tall and touches it easily and the shorter child took a ladder and the touches it. Here the ladder acts as a reservation for the minorities which helps the shorter child to touch his dreams i.e. roof.
