first of all add the resistance which is in the between the circuit since they are in parallel so add them using the formula 1/R=1/r1+1/r2+1/r3

Explanation:

1/R=1/10+1/20+1/50

=10+5+2/100

=17/100

R=100/17........1

now add 10 ohm resistance to this you will get the answer
