resistance and temperature are related
R = R°( 1+ a∆T)
where R is final resistance, R° is initial resistance , a is lonear co-efficient , and ∆T is temperature change .

now,

200 = 100{ 1 + 5 × 10-³( T-100) }
2 = 1 + 5 × 10-³ ( T-100)
0.2 × 10³ = T -100
T = 200 +100 = 300° C
