Here we can use the equation,

V = IR

Let resistance of A be R₁ and

     resistance of B be R₂

Let current through A be I₁ and

      current through B be I₂

By the given conditions,

R₁ = 2R₂   => R₁/R₂ = 2        and

I₁ = 3I₂      => I₁/I₂ = 3

By the equation V = IR

V₁/V₂ = I₁R₁ / I₂R₂

V₁/V₂ = I₁/I₂ * R₁/R₂ = 3*2 = 6
