Resistance could vary due to various factor out of which the well known is the formula
R = p[ l /A]
p - Specific resistance of the material .
L - Length of the wire
A - Area of cross section
In the given case above the the length and the area of cross section are the same but due to the difference in the specific resistance since the materials are different due to the nature of conducting material.
