Insulators: With increase in temperature, the conducting property increases. So we call the semi-conductor material have negative temperature coefficient i.e. with increase in temperature, resistance decreases.

So your answer here will be option B i.e. decreases

sauravyadav020pa72tw: wrong decreses
ShresthaBanerjee: i said i decreases
ShresthaBanerjee: please read and understand the answer
ShresthaBanerjee: it's resistance decreases and conductivity increases
sauravyadav020pa72tw: okk
sauravyadav020pa72tw: which one of the following has hydorgen bonding
