R=rho×l/A find A then if diameter is double then resistance is R is inversly prpotional to A^2 (yeh special condition hoti hai jab agar qs main yeh khe ki area double diameter etc ) I can explain R=rho×l/A then A multiply ,R=rho×l×A/A^2 where l.A is volume and v=m/density for given wire mass and density not change the R is inversely proportional to A ki power two and diameter ki power four I hope you understand if not then you can tell me

1=1.6×10^-8 ×250/A

A =4×10-6 m^2

if diameter is doubled resistance will decrease 4 times and will be 1/4=0.25ohm
