Plasma as we know is special case of ionized gas, where we have an anamolous behaviour of electrons, they are free as is metals. So no doubt it conducts electricity. The extreme heat of the plasma is what posses the problem. The electron loss occurs due to the heating effect and also in stabalosing withits magnetic field.

Superconductivity is a set of physical properties observed in certain materials where electrical resistance vanishes and magnetic flux fields are expelled from the material. Any material exhibiting these properties is a superconductor.
