So, for finding the highest resistance we will put all the resistors in series.

⟹ Rs = R1 + R2 + R3

→ Rs = 2 + 3 + 6

→ Rs = 5 + 6

→ Rs = 11 Ω

∴ The highest resistance is of 11 Ω.
