This is an interesting question.

The resolving power is an eye ability to see the difference between two points. It is one-third of the theoretical resolution. It is based on the size of the aperture.  The actual resolving power of the human eye is typically observed to about one arc minute or 60 arc seconds. This is resolving power of 20/20 eye vision.

Hope this will help you.
