From given conditions,
x/y = 11/7 ...(1)
(x-2)/(y+2) = 7/5 ...(2)

Solving (1) & (2),
x = 44
y = 28

Thus, desired ratio is -
(x+7)/(y-7) = (44+7)/(28-7)
(x+7)/(y-7) = 51/21
(x+7)/(y-7) = 17/7

Therefore, ratio of ps age 7 years hence and qs age 7 years ago is 17:7.
