Average age of S and M = 27

Son : Mother = S : M = 2: 7

So, S = 2x ; M = 7x

(2x + 7x)/2 = 27 ......... (Avg age of them is given.)

9x = 27 * 2

9x = 54

x = 54/9

x = 6

Mother's present age = M = 7x

Mother's present age = M = 7*6 = 42 Years

Mother's Age after 7 years = 42 + 7

= 49 Years.
