I am against for the motion.Because responsibility of curbing environmental pollution is within the citizens as well as the government.ln our country all people elect their representative so as to fulfill their needs.ofcourse it is up to every common man to take care of our surroundings. But the people who are lacking knowledge may not know to pickup the dust and throw it in dustbin or to share public transport etc....Due to these reasons only government along with it's citizens could make a full fledged country.For example if government comes out with some new idea like Swatch Bharat it needs people cooperation to implement it wholly.lf government started Vanamahotsav people also must start plantation.So finally what I intend to say is the responsibility of curbing environmental pollution is within the citizens as well as the government because"yatha raja tatha praja".
