The resultant of two forces F1= 4i- 3j and F2=6i + 8j is  | F | = 5√5 Tan⁻¹(1/2)

F1= 4i- 3j

F2=6i + 8j

F = F1 + F2

F = 4i- 3j + 6i + 8j

F = 10 i + 5j

| F | = √(10² + 5²)

=> | F | = √(100 + 25)

=> | F | = √125

=> | F | = 5√5

F = 10 i + 5j

Tanθ = 5/10

=> Tanθ = 1/2

=> θ = Tan⁻¹(1/2)

=> θ = 26.57°
