❗❗ Hey Mate ❗❗

your answer is --

Let, Q be the unknown forces

Q + 20√3 = 20

=> Q = 20 - 20√3

=> Q^2 = (20 - 20√3)^2

=> Q^2 = 400 + 1200 - 800√3 cos30°

=> Q^2 = 1600 - 800√3 × √3/2

=> Q^2 = 1600 - 1200

=> Q^2 = 400

=> Q = 20 N

Hence, magnitude of second force is 20N.
