3- This revolt was started by mangal Singh in Barrackpore because he knows that the cartiges of the gun is given to the Indian soldiers are made by the flesh of cow and pig . after he start many of them also start the revolt against British. some main leaders are Mangal Pandey, Rani Lakshmi bai, Nana saheh or so on.
