Right to summon the state legislature lies with the Chief Minister.


Chief Minister is head of the government of each of twenty nine state and also two union territories of Delhi and Pondicherry.


As per the constitution of India , at state level and the governor get appoints and swears in the part of the chief minister and also council of minister are well collectively responsible to the assembly.
