The rivers of the Himalayas are perennial, while
those of the Deccan Plateau are seasonal. What
according to you could be the reasons?​

Answer:

because the Himalayan rivers get water from snow covered glaciers , they are perennial .The Peninsula rivers originated in Hills and mountains range in Southern, Western and Central part of the country and depend on the rainfall for their supply of water . Hence , they become dry during summer season.
