Hi ,
We know that ,
_________________________
1 hour = 60 minutes
1 hour = 60 × 60 seconds -----( 1 )
[ since 1 minute = 60 seconds ]
__________________________
According to the problem given ,
Speed of the rocket = 21000 miles / hr
= ( 21000 miles ) / ( 3600 sec ) from ( 1 )
= 35 / 6 miles / sec
= 5.83333.... miles / sec
= 5.8 miles / sec
The speed of the rocket is ( nearst ) = 5.8 miles / sec
I hope this helps you .

without an explanation your answer is 75,600,000
but if u want a explanation than here:

You convert 21,000 mph into mps i.e. miles per second
so, you divide 21000 by 60x60 or 3600
⇒21000/3600
⇒5.83 mps
or
approximately 6 mps
