The people depend ont he environment for their survival and thus play a crucial role in the changes experienced that could be of positive or negative effect to the wildlife and the natural vegetation. The killing of wildlife is illegal and people are educated on the need to preserve them. The cutting of natural vegetation is discouraged and the people are encouraged to plant more trees after cutting. Plants with potential to hold soil and reduce soil erosion are also planted.
