I don’t think so. Quit India Movement was launched by the Congress party in 1942. Whereas the Two-nation theory was formulated long back and given the push by the poet-philosopher the then President of the All-India Muslim League, Muhammad Iqbal in the 1930’s and endorsed by Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Ironically, Iqbal is the one who has written the famous song Sare Jahan se Accha. Iqbal in his Allahabad Address stated as follows.
India is a continent of human groups belonging to different races, speaking different languages, and professing different religions [...] Personally, I would like to see the Punjab, North-West Frontier Province, Sindh and Baluchistan amalgamated into a single State. Self-government within the British Empire, or without the British Empire, the formation of a consolidated North-West Indian Muslim State appears to me to be the final destiny of the Muslims, at least of North-West India.
As you can see, the demand for Pakistan was already formulated and in full swing in 1930 itself. The Quit India Movement came into picture only 12 years later, in 1942. The Quit India Movement was actually opposed by the Muslim League as well as by the Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha. Both the groups were united in opposing the Congress led movement and if at all, this opposition should have united the two groups. However, it did not happen and the Muslim League was firm on its demand for Pakistan and partition had become an inevitable option. I don’t think that the Quit India movement was a factor in making the Partition of India happen. Partition had already become inevitable much before the movement was launched.

Answer:
“The Manipuris on the easternmost end of India dance for the same Radha and Krishna as the Gujaratis on the westernmost end of India. The northernmost Kashmiris of Amarnath worship Shiva in the exact same form as the southernmost Tamils of Rameswaram. Hindus of Kerala put Ganges at the same exalted status as say Hindus of Kanpur. You can hear the same Vedas transmitted in the exact same way whether you hear it in Ujjain or Udupi. You can hear people talk of same Mahabharata characters whether you are in a village in Assam or Andhra Pradesh. India is so different, yet so similar.”
