In today's world the importance of health is well known to everyone yet neglected by many, for a better future we the youths of this country should take the first steps in ensuring a healthy life of our nation. being students our steps might seem small but can be useful to those who are determined.

the importance of health is inscripted in our Indian culture too. THE KEY TO A HEALTHY LIFE which is YOGA has its base from our Indian history. YOGA helps not only physically but also mentally, we all know for being healthy we need a fit body but what we forget is EVERYTHING STARTS FROM A HEALTHY MIND, Yoga keeps our mental health strong and makes us feel relaxed which is the most needed nowadays.

the second word comes to mind when we here HEALTH is DIET, the concept of asumming DIET as just green vegetables n tasteless food is totally wrong, neither does it mean to just have some not easily available things like AVOCADO, BROCCOLI, OATS MUESLI, etc DIET can be maintained through our regular INDIAN FOOD also by Taking the write amount of pluses and grains into consideration. for example : for BREAKFAST u can have MILK, DALIYA FRUITS, MIDMORNING u can have SPROUTS, IDLI,UPMA, LUNCH u can have 2-3 ROTIS MUST WITH EGG CURRY AND CURD RICE SALAD, etc by doing a proper research of this and making a chart you can have a HEALTHY INDIAN DIET. these were the few ways in which we can help our nation live and lead an healthy life.
