I am sorry to state that your premises, we are living in now, is in a very bad state and needs immediate repairs. I have been living in this house for the last ____________ years (Year), but during this entire period no major repairs have been carried out. As you are fully aware that the kitchen ceiling has been leaking during the rains. There are cracks on the roof top and the staircase is also in a very poor shape. The walls on the outer side also need urgent repairs as at many places brick and mortar is clearly visible presenting a very ugly look. I hope you are in great health and spirits. I am writing to you to request you for the repair of the bathroom. The roof of the bathroom has started leaking. As a result the plaster has come off. If the repairs are not done urgently, it may cause further damage.
