100 {p}^{2}  - 20p + 1 = 0 \\ ( - 10p + 1)( - 10p + 1) = 0 \\  \\  \\  - 10p + 1 = 0 \\  - 10p =  - 1 \\  \frac{ - 10p}{ - 10}  =  \frac{ - 1}{ - 10}  \\ p =  \frac{1}{10}

100p²–20p+1=0

100p²–10p–10p+1=0

10p(10p–1)–1(10p–1)=0

(10p–1)(10p–1)=0

(10–p)=0 or (10–p)=0

(10=p) or (10=p)
