the roots for the equation x^2 - root 3 x - x + root 3​

(x^2-√3x) - (x-√3)=

x(x-√3) - (x-√3)

=(x-√3)(x-1)

So roots are 1): x-√3 =0, x =√3

2): x-1 =0, x =1

So roots are √3 and 1
