Answer:

4x^2+8ax+4a^2=0

let us write,

by taking 4 as common,

4(x^2+a^2)+8ax=0

taking 4 as common again and send to R.H.S

(x^2+a^2)+2ax=0

so it is in form of (x+a)^2

hence,(x+a)^2=0

(x+a)(x+a)=0

hence roots are x=-a,-a
