⇒(x^2+1)/x=1

⇒x^2+1=x

⇒x^2-x+1=0

Now we got a=1, b= - 1 and c=1

So Discriminant (D)= b^2-4ac

= (-1)^2 - 4*1*1

= 1-4

= -3

Here, the value of D<0 so, it has no real roots.

∴ x= {(-b)±√(b^2 - 4ac)}/2a

    = {-(-1)±√(-3)}/2*1

    = {1±√(-3)}/2

So, x = {1 + √(-3)}/2      or        x = {1 - √(-3)}/2
