Answer:

-15

Step-by-step explanation:

Products of root for second eq. = c/a = p^{2} q^{2}

FRom first eq. we have pq=3

therefore c=3^2=6

Now for b,

p^{2} +q^{2}= -b

We have p+q = -5 from first eq.

p^{2} +q^{2} = (p+q)^{2} -2pq

Subst. the values we get,

p^{2} +q^{2} = 5^2 - (2x3) = 25 -6 =21

Now b = -(p^{2} +q^{2}) = -21

b+c = -21+6 = -15
