 {(x + 3)}^{2}  - 9 = 0

 {(x + 3)}^{2}  = 9

 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 9 = 9

9 and 9 will cancel out

 {x}^{2}  + 6x = 0

x(x + 6) = 0

x = 0

or \:  \: x + 6 = 0

x =  - 6

•°• roots are 0 and -6

Answer:

(x+3)²-9=0

⇒x²+6x+9-9=0

⇒x²+6x=0

⇒x(x+6)=0

So, the roots are:-

x=0 &  ⇒ x+6=0

           ⇒x=-6

So, the roots are x=0 and x=-6.
