In the first round table conference ,congress did not participated because congress was regulating civil disobiedience movement in india so due to this first round table conference got failed.
In second round table conference ,this conference also got failed due to communal disputes and minority issues and now Gandhiji got highly disatisfied and came back to india ,this way discussion remained incomplete .
and according to final discussion in third round table conference britain parliament passed 1935 act .According to this act britain government did not provide any direct representation of indian at centre level.
